IT Business Analyst

RWAV is seeking an outstanding IT Business Analyst to join their Business Systems and Integration team as well as other business stakeholders at RWAV to assist in the understanding, defining, clarifying, and documenting of business needs and benefits.

The primary function of the IT Business Analyst is to be responsible for enhancing the quality of IT solutions, analysing data to inform business decisions, and finding IT solutions to business needs.  

This role is critical to each project as your primary responsibilities will include liaising between the Business Systems & Integration Team and other business teams to elicit business needs, defining solution requirements, and testing solutions for creating or improving the IT solutions at RWAV.

Casual Accounts Payable Officer

RWAV is looking for a accounts payable officer on a casual basis to join our Team in the Melbourne CBD.
You will be called upon to work between 4 to 8 hours each week, to undertake accounts payable activities and the role would potentially suit someone who resides in the Melbourne CBD.

The primary function of the Accounts Payable Officer is to be responsible for setting up new contacts/customers in XERO, validating and entering supplier invoices for payment, undertaking the exportation of invoices for payments from internal database systems to XERO, and validating for payment and work with internal teams to ensure accuracy including other ad-hoc financial duties.
