Integration Developer (.Net APIs and Microservices)
RWAV is seeking an Integration Developer to join the Business Systems and Integrations team.
The Integration Developer will be responsible for developing back-end solutions (.Net C# Webservices) including Restful and GraphQL (ideally HotChocolate) APIs, Event Driven/Queue based integrations, and microservices.
The Integration Developer role will work closely with the Business Systems and Integration team as well as other business stakeholders to develop and maintain integration between the RWAV internal and external systems and tools.
RWAV is seeking a Program Manager to join the Strategy and Stakeholder Engagement team.
The primary function of the role of Program Manager is to work in partnership with the Victorian Department of Health (the department) to promote their Rural and Regional Incentive Scheme in collaboration with Victorian Mental Health Services and other stakeholders, aligning with the department’s mental health workforce attraction campaign.

RWAV is seeking a Grants Administrator to join their Operations & Compliance team.
As a Grants Administrator, you will be specifically responsible for the coordination and administration of the Victorian Department of Health’s (the Department) Rural and Regional Mental Health Workforce Incentive Scheme (RRMHWIS) Relocation and Incentive Grants.
You will also be responsible to support the coordination and administration of a range of other grants and scholarships to rural health professionals in collaboration with other Compliance team members.
RWAV is seeking a Data Analyst to join their Health Workforce Planning and Reporting team.
The primary function of the Data Analyst is to lead the data collection, data management, analysis, research, reporting and efficiency of RWAV Health Workforce Planning and Reporting and related RWAV projects.
You will bring advanced skills and experience in data management, analytics, problem-solving, teamwork, advanced communication, autonomy, curiosity, creativity, and commitment to innovation.
Also, effectively communicate, liaise with and further build on key relationships with internal and external stakeholders and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs).
