Victorian Rural Health Awards

Victorian Rural Health Awards

In light of the current COVID-19 pandemic, we regretfully announce that the 2020 Victorian Rural Health Conference originally taking place 1 - 3 May in Bendigo has been cancelled. If you have registered for the conference, keep up to date with announcements from Rural Doctors Association of Victoria - RDAV

The 2020 Victorian Rural Health Awards were  set to occur during the weekend of the Victorian Rural Health Conference. To ensure the needs of our rural communities are met, as well as the safety and well-being of our healthcare professionals, we have made the decision to defer the Victorian Rural Health Awards to later in 2020.

Further announcements will be made about the Awards in the coming months. For any questions, please contact or call 03 9349 7800.

Since 2005 RWAV has proudly hosted the annual Victorian Rural Health Awards to recognise the outstanding contributions made by health professionals working in rural communities.

The awards honour the exceptional medical specialists, GPs, nurses, Aboriginal health workers, general practices, practice managers, allied health professionals, GP locums and medical students working across rural Victoria.

The Victorian Rural Health Awards are supported by the Victorian Government.
