A new RWAV grant to help rural Victorian health professionals upskill in pain management is now available.
The Pain Management Professional Development Grant will provide support to health professionals who are working with chronic disease patients to increase their knowledge and skills in chronic pain management practices.
This grant will upskill health practitioners in regional and rural Victoria where there is limited access to a specialist pain service who can treat patients with complex conditions.
Up to $5,000 will be available to reimburse the costs of short courses, workshops, professional development training and recognised industry skills training.
The grant will be open until 11 June 2021.
