New Telephone Prompt System

To improve the experience of our customers RWAV has introduced a new telephone prompt system.

When you call RWAV you will now be presented with a number of options via a menu. Options can be selected by pressing the corresponding number on your telephone touchpad.

This new menu will enhance our customer experience as it enables callers to be put through directly to the relevant team. If you prefer to speak to reception, this option remains available.
