Rural Workforce Agency Victoria (RWAV) is seeking Expressions of Interest from health professionals in MMM3-MMM6 locations in country Victoria who are interested in joining RWAV’s Reconciliation Action Plan Working Group in 2021. Working Group members will support the development and implementation of RWAV’s Reflect Reconciliation Action Plan*, which is to be endorsed by Reconciliation Australia.
A Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP), as developed by Reconciliation Australia, is a strategic document that supports an organisation’s business plan. It includes practical actions that will drive an organisation’s contribution to reconciliation both internally and in the communities in which it operates.
We welcome applications from health professionals who identify as Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander, work at an Aboriginal Community Controlled Health Organisation (ACCHO) or have a strong interest in Aboriginal health.

Your role within the Reflect RAP Working Group will be to support the development and implementation of RWAV’s Reflect RAP. Sitting fees and travel reimbursement will be provided.
