A fantastic opportunity is available for a VR General Practitioner to join the growing super clinic in Bendigo. The practice would suit someone who is newly fellowed and looking for further support, or doctors with extensive experience keen to share their knowledge. You will join the existing roster and complete at least one Saturday or Sunday per month and one evening until 10pm each month. There are no on call or VMO requirements. The practice is committed to training and professional development with weekly in house training sessions available every Thursday lunchtime.

Essential Criteria

  • Vocationally Registered
  • Experience or interest in becoming a GP Supervisor
  • Not restricted by 19AB

Practice Details:

The purpose built medical facility is located within the Bendigo hospital precinct which provides primary care services to the large surrounding community. The clinic has a 13 practicing doctors as well as visiting specialists with experience in all commons areas of general practice. Equipped with 13 consulting room and 4 treatment room and hosts 7 practice nurses, and a highly supportive and experienced administrative team.

Other services onsite include a Exercise Physiologist, Diabetes Educator, Podiatrist and a Dietitian.

Practice hours are Monday – Thursday 8:15am – 10:00pm, Friday 8:15am – 6:00pm and Weekends – 10:45am – 5:30pm
