Roger and Sarah in Canada

In August 2002 Roger and Sarah relocated to Canada to further their work in the field of Rural Health. Roger accepted the position of Founding Dean of the Northern Medical School at Laurentian and Lakehead Universities Northern Ontario. This was the first medical school to be established in Canada in 30 years and the first in a rural setting.
