RWAV maintains a Central Vacancy Register that enables GPs or prospective GPs to review opportunities in rural general practice in Victoria.

Unless you specifically request RWAV not to, a copy of the completed pro forma will be forwarded to the division of general practice for their information.
It is possible that your vacancy may be eligible for one of the Recruitment Schemes administered by RWAV:
- Victorian Overseas Trained Doctors Rural Recruitment Scheme
- Rural Locum Relief Program
- Strengthening Medicare
Upon receipt of the Vacancy pro forma, a staff member from RWAV or the Division of general practice will contact you to discuss the vacancy and your requirements. |
