RWAV has a regional approach to its service delivery to develop and maintain strong links with rural divisions of general practice, communities, Aboriginal Communities, health services, local government and to facilitate working closely with rural doctors and their practices..
Three Area Managers work in the North, East and West regions of rural Victoria. In addition, the Aboriginal Community Controlled Health Services (ACCHS) Workforce Officer works with the Victorian Aboriginal Community Controlled Health Organisation (VACCHO) to support the 26 ACCHSs in Victoria.
