Health professionals from all disciplines tackled the fact that one third of country GPs in Victoria plan to retire or reduce their working hours in the five years and other significant rural workforce issues at the 2008 Sustainable Solutions in Rural Health Conference.
The conference held on May 23 – 24 at the Novotel, St Kilda addressed issues and looked at solutions resulting from the RWAV recent research of trends.
The 2008 Sustainable Solutions in Rural Health Conference showcased and fostered innovation, to invest and build capacity in Victoria’s rural health workforce.
